Orders placed and paid before 2pm (UK time) on working days are typically dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 2pm, on weekends, or public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
Delivery Services
We use tracked and signed-for courier services such as UPS, Royal Mail, or DPD, depending on your destination, parcel weight, and service availability.
Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking details by email or SMS.
Delivery Times
UK Orders: Usually delivered the next working day after dispatch.
International Orders: Typically delivered within 3–10 working days, depending on location and customs handling.
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and parcel weight.
We occasionally run free shipping promotions.
Order Tracking
All shipments include tracking numbers, sent by email once your parcel leaves our fulfilment centre.
Missed Deliveries / Re-delivery
If no one is available to accept delivery, the courier may leave a calling card or attempt re-delivery.
