Research-Use Products

All items sold by Alluvi Labs, including peptide pens and supplements, are intended strictly for research and development purposes. They are not intended for human consumption, diagnosis, or treatment. By purchasing, you agree to these terms.

Returns Eligibility

• We do not accept returns on opened or used items.

• Only unopened, unused items in original condition may be considered for return.

Return Window

• You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

• After 7 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used items

• Products not stored correctly (e.g., not refrigerated)

• Items not in original packaging

• Returns requested after 7 days from delivery

Reporting Issues

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@alluvilabs.uk. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos.

Return Approval

We’ll review your request and notify you of approval. If approved, we’ll send return instructions. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the error was ours.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. For crypto payments, the GBP equivalent at the time of refund will be issued (minus any gas/transaction fees).

Delayed Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

1. Check with your bank/payment provider
